Materials and methods. The UN Charter law governing self-defense is inadequate to address emerging modalities of armed violence caused by non-State actors located in the territory of non-consenting third States. This paper offers an alternative grounded in the state of necessity as a circumstance excluding wrongfulness as per the law of State responsibility. The contention is that in integrating the rationale behind necessity as an excuse for non-performance of obligations and the conditions and processes under article 51 of the UN Charter, the law allows for an exercise of extraterritorial self-defense against non-State actors which safeguards the territorial State’s sovereignty and the need for a legal alternative of defense for the defending State without toeing the line of aggression.

This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. The technique of lost wax cast by induction centrifugation (CPCI) and selective laser fusion (SLM) in design and computer- aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) with clinical scanning, are techniques for manufacturing cobalt-chromium copings (Co-Cr), have different production processes. Objective: To evaluate, in vitro, the marginal and internal adaptation of Co- Cr metal copings made on a chamfer termination line with the CPCI and SLM technique in CAD / CAM with clinical scanning. Material and Methods: A master model of Co-Cr premolar shape was made in CAD / CAM with chamfer termination line. With a clinical scanner, the master model was scanned and 13 Co-Cr copings manufactured in SLM were obtained.
