In this paper, an analysis of deep learning techniques for weather forecasting using statistical downscaling approaches was developed. These are important, since they allow adjusting large-scale climate projections generated by the GCM climate model to more accurate and defined forecasts for specific areas, thus allowing overcoming the limitations of traditional numerical models in the representation of local and small-scale phenomena. Studies implementing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) were analyzed in order to improve the spatial and temporal resolution of climate data. La siguiente revisión bibliográfica busca describir las alternativas digitales disponibles para la obtención de registros, posicionamiento y articulación virtual de modelos junto con ejemplificar algunos softwares que permitan la implementación de estas tecnologías en su trabajo diario. For the reconstruction of the school argumentative discourse, two theoretical tools have been used: Lo Cascio’s (1998) textual linguistics —useful in order to discover the argumentative framework— and the new rhetoric of Perelman and Olbrechts-Tyteca (1958/1989), which will serve to recognize the argumentative techniques used. The authors bring us a general approximation of the regulatory model related to hydrocarbon exploration and production activities in Spain. In this sense, the analysis is focused in the increased use of the hydraulic fracturing technique, better known as «fracking». In particular, the authors analyze the case of the refusal of some Spanish Autonomous Communities regarding the implementation of this technique and how the Central Government has faced that opposition.

Prioritization of requirements is an important stage in the software development process. Technical stocks of prioritization of the requirements that must obtain the priorities that correspond to each participant and obtain a unified and prioritized list. The recognition of people who lose their lives in natural disasters or accidents are complicated when the victims are total edentulous, therefore, the need to look for new forms of identification that are reliable and easy to be implemented. Taking into account this premise, a search of the information in the literature was carried out in order to demonstrate that the marking of dental prostheses is important in the recognition of people and that they can be implemented by the government of Peru. For which three marking techniques were chosen: QR code, Digital cards and Incorporation of metal band. The present article proposes to design a model that provides a generic architecture which acts autonomously in public works contracting selection processes, in order to generate an automated decision criterion in the event of a tie. For the Simplified Tender selection process, in case of a tie, it is proposed to choose the bidder by means of an electronic lottery based on a controlled randomization system of encryption and transformation. For the Public Bidding selection process, in the event of a tie, the bidder is chosen by means of a predicted compliance index according to the behavior of the companies when executing similar infrastructure projects.
