The present investigation arises through the observation of the different structural problems that appear in the affirmed ones. These deteriorations are diverse and many of them are the product of the poor quality of the materials used in the construction of the affirmed roads. Objective is to determine the impact of the mechanical properties of the roads at the level of the reinforced synthetic fibers in the province of Moho, in the year 2017. This article deals with the trading of other’s property in Peru as to whether it constitutes a case of invalidity or ineffectiveness of the contract, based on the different jurisprudence and doctrine that has been produced on the matter. Currently there is a great demand for food products containing functional properties and/or bioactive compounds. One of the fruits that has been widely studied is the murta (Ugni molinae), which appears to contain various beneficial health properties. This review compiles scientific information on the functional and beneficial properties of murta for human health, such as the main components associated with anti-inflammatory activity, antimicrobial activity, antioxidant activity, nutritional composition, other uses of murta, economic aspects, and current and future challenges of murta, all based on updated scientific work.

The siglalon is considered a fruit of Colombo-Ecuadorian origin. Its geographical distribution in Ecuador is in the provinces of Azuay, Loja, Cañar, and El Oro. According to the taxonomic classification, the genus Vasconcellea comprises twenty-one species. The application of the Vasconcellea stipulata fruit in the field of bread-making stems from the limited knowledge about siglalon and its use in gastronomy, as its consumption is low in mountainous areas and their surroundings. This culinary proposal is the application of siglalon in baking to take advantage of its nutritional properties. The organoleptic characteristics of this fruit are a great contribution to baked goods. A study was carried out with the aim of determining the influence of knowledge of intellectual property on the collection of copyright in the city of Tacna. The methodology used is basic, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and explanatory design aimed at evaluating a sample of 162 users of APDAYC, using the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results show a very high level of knowledge of intellectual property for the payment of royalties (89%). The level of copyright collection compliance is high (84%), and they indicate low levels of late payment in addition to payment compliance. The potato (Solanum tuberosum) is an important source of starch which is underused in Peru, as are mainly imported potato starch, for has not been achieved yet, industrialization starch extraction is a success. This study aimed to obtain, characterize and modify chemically by acetylation, starch of a commercial potato variety, Unique. Extraction was performed with water and chemical modification was performed by acetylation using acetic anhydride at different levels (% v/w starch): 5, 10 y 15%. The study aims to analyze the psychometric properties of the CASO-A30 Social Anxiety Test by Caballo, Salazar, Irurtia, Arias and the CISO-A Research Team in Peruvian university students. Given the emergence of new and repeated criticisms of private property today, the tendency to question it is reinforced, even with all the ravages it produced in the last century, as is the case in some Latin American territories and in the East. Naturally, this ideological-political conflict has repercussions in Law and in its deepest foundations, that is, in the field of the philosophy of law. In view of this, the present research proposes to review the philosophical foundations that trigger the problem, starting from the premise that private property is not an immoral practice. For this purpose, the historical evolution of the concept is reviewed and it is analyzed whether its repercussions are favorable or unfavorable, to then show the economic benefits it brings with it, and to conclude by arguing that its existence is key to peace and growth in any society.

La necesidad de intervenir sobre la ciudad existente, para regenerarla, se articula en el derecho urbanístico español a través de las nuevas figuras de las actuaciones de regeneración y renovación de la urbanización y las actuaciones de dotación. Frente a la situación previa, donde la Administración podía intervenir sobre una ciudad existente a través de la limitada figura de los “Planes Especiales de Reforma Interior” y la figura de la expropiación, ahora se permite esa intervención posibilitando el traslado a los propietarios de los costes de dichas intervenciones. Dado que los derechos y deberes de los propietarios afectados en unas y otras actuaciones son sustancialmente diferentes, resulta preciso identificar criterios de utilización que otorguen seguridad jurídica, ante la confusa posición del Tribunal Supremo.

Polymeric nanocomposites with graphene were obtained by semicontinuous heterogeneous polymerization in situ. Its mechanical properties were determined in the films formed with different concentrations of graphene. The process of obtaining the nanocomposites consisted of two stages: In the first stage the graphene was synthesized by the modified Hummer method. The second stage consisted of the dosing of styrene (St), butyl acrylate (AB) and allyl methacrylate (ALMA); at a flow rate of 0.5 mL / min, on the graphene dispersion obtained in the first stage.
