En la actualidad, la usabilidad es un aspecto muy importante, debido a que establece un rol fundamental en el uso, aceptación e interacción de los usuarios con productos de software, que permite incrementar la satisfacción y el uso de la información y funcionalidades que estos proveen. Adicionalmente, la evaluación heurística, como objeto de estudio en este proyecto, pertenece a los métodos de inspección de usabilidad y, si bien es considerado como el más utilizado, debido a que permite el hallazgo del 75% del total de problemas de usabilidad involucrando únicamente de 3 a 5 expertos en usabilidad, en comparación con las pruebas de usuario que requieren de un alto número de usuarios finales, se han identificado ciertos problemas al momento de realizar su ejecución. Artisanal mining is an activity that can have a high economic impact and subsistence for artisanal miners. When colliding with the formal order, it is prone to disagreement between its social actors, represented by the triad: State, Mining Company and artisanal miners. This research work addresses the conflict between Compañía Minera Poderosa and the artisanal miners of Pataz, after the events that occurred in 2013. The hypothesis of the work is that the Commercialization Protocol and the benefits of the formalization achieved the solution of the conflict between Minera Poderosa and the artisanal miners Ama Pataz. Being an ex post facto study, we reconstruct the case with various sources: informative, personal communications and interviews with social actors. This essay examines and juxtaposes Mario Jori’s and Frederick Schauer’s ideas on legal formalism. Although developed independently of each other, these ideas show remarkable similarities: both focus on the notion of norm or rule as a tool for clarifying the notion of legal formalism; both defend legal formalism from the criticisms routinely moved against it. The author maintains that Jori’s and Schauer’s theories may contribute to shed light on (and criticize) the controversial notion of defeasibility of legal rules; they may also contribute to scale down, from a legal-theoretical point of view, the novelties of contemporary constitutional orders; finally, it may help to better understand their working machinery.

In the Peruvian general elections of 2016 and 2021 the Special Electoral Juries and the National Jury of Elections applied article 42 of the Law of Political Organizations, which allows the exclusion of candidates who give or offer gifts to voters during the campaign. The JNE issued 26 resolutions without carrying out a proportionality test in accordance with the American Convention on Human Rights and the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. It is concluded that, in the 2016 elections, the JNE violated political rights by issuing four exclusion resolutions, while in the 2021 elections no candidates were excluded for this reason. However, none of the 26 cases should have been initiated, since the exclusion sanctions from the JNE do not conform to the guidelines established by the Inter-American Court in L´opez Mendoza vs. Venezuela and Petro Urrego vs. Colombia. Objetivo: determinar los agentes de riesgos ocupacionales para diagnósticos enfermeros en los trabajadores recicladores formales del distrito de San Martín de Porres. Material y Método: el estudio fue cualitativo de diseño descriptivo, la población estuvo conformada por 50 recicladores formales del distrito de San Martín de Porres. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario elaborado por las investigadoras. This essay examines the current situation of formal inclusion of sexual minorities in primary and secondary schools in Peru. There is no inclusion, therefore, psychology as a science has a pending task of intervening to overcome the situation.
