La Trombo embolia Pulmonar (TEP) es causa frecuente de morbimortalidad, de difícil diagnostico debido a la inespecificidad del cuadro clínico, atendido por diversas especialidades médicas y quirúrgicas, en donde la arista común para el manejo y enfoque de esta entidad es la Falla Cardiaca Derecha que pueda evolucionar a hipotensión, shock y muerte súbita. Reportamos el caso de una paciente de 35 años post cesáreada que presentó paro cardio respiratorio, recibió RCP básica y avanzada, ingresa a UCI para soporte ventilatorio; en ecocardiograma: disfunción ventricular derecha; péptido natriuretico (+), dímero d (+), Dx: TEP alto riesgo, tratamiento anticoagulación.

This work describes the development and launch of a social well-being brand called "Flexmind" and the marketing strategy used to position it in the market.
