El presente trabajo de investigación pretende brindar razones jurídicas por las cuales el artículo 1762 del Código Civil no regula adecuadamente la responsabilidad civil del abogado. Para ello, se analizarán los aspectos jurídicos más relevantes sobre la materia, como son: la naturaleza jurídica de la responsabilidad civil del abogado –esto es, si se trata de responsabilidad contractual o extracontractual, si contiene una obligación de medios o de resultados–, los elementos de la responsabilidad civil –antijuricidad, daño, nexo causal y factor de atribución– en función a este tipo de responsabilidad profesional, y las principales normas de nuestro Código Civil que guardan relación con el tema. This study sought to determine the neuropsychological performance of attention and memory in victims of forced displacement due to the Colombian armed conflict. The methodology used was of comparative descriptive type, with a quantitative paradigm. The sample was of 20 people distributed in group A (9 people with PTSD) and group B (11 people without PTSD). Participants were evaluated with NEUROPSI battery (attention and memory). Results show that the group with PTSD had a lower performance compared to the group without PTSD in attention, while in memory the group with PTSD showed a better performance of the tasks; the existing difficulties in group A can be related to PTSD as an influential variable in the appearance of cognitive deficits.

The main objective of this bibliographical research was to determine how the assignment of nursing personnel is carried out in relation to the profile of a job, to achieve this, scientific articles were taken into account with the keywords of personnel assignment, staffing, assignment by competences with an age of 10 years according to the Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier database. As a result, there were 38 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria; which presented various models of personnel assignment, each one with its advantages and disadvantages according to the surrounding reality where they had been applied. In conclusion, the literature suggests that proper nursing staff assignment is crucial to ensure quality and safe patient care in hospitals, and that multiple factors and approaches need to be considered to achieve optimal assignment
