La presente investigación tiene como propósito identificar similitud de estructura entre un Modelo de Gestión Estratégica Balanced Scoreard (BSC) y el Modelo de Gestión por Procesos; de tal forma que se pueda diseñar una herramienta de control, basada en la estructura identificada, que pueda servir tanto para el Control Estratégico como para el Control Operacional. Se han definido dos modelos, representando dos formas complementarias de analizar la gestión empresarial, se presenta una estructura similar para controlar la estrategia y controlar los procesos, ambos temas muy diferentes.

Self-control is a relevant concept for understanding human behavior across different areas of life. It is associated with positive aspects in various domains and has a pragmatic value as a prerequisite for the successful achievement of long-term goals. In this regard, there are different theories and approaches to the study of self-control. Gaining a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms involved in this capacity could guide the design of more effective strategies to foster its development across different contexts. In this work, we analyze the stability of two epidemiological models of obesity. The first model only admits social influence, that is, the environment in which individuals live, the second model adds control to reduce obesity and excess weight. The obesity-free equilibrium point is local and asymptotically stable if R0 < 1 where R0 is a basic replacement rate. For the model with control, its stability is shown and it is appreciated numerically that it accelerates the decrease of obese individuals.

La presente tesis propone la implementación del algoritmo Practical Non-linear Model Predictive Control (PNMPC) para controlar el lazo de nivel del Módulo de laboratorio FESTO, el cual se compone de un sistema de dos tanques en cascada conectados por un circuito cerrado donde fluye agua. El PNMPC es un algoritmo de control que soluciona el problema de la no linealidad de los sistemas de nivel sin comprometer el rendimiento del proceso control. The thesis has two purposes: The first one is to build a mathematical model that better approximates (with respect to the mathematical model in [2]) to the behaviour of the wine fermentation process with the addition of certain amount of nitrogen at some instant of time, based in [2]. This paper deals with the model of constitutional control in Peru. The author comes to historical, conceptual and jurisprudential sources for, on the one hand, identify and understand the context that gives rise to its origin and secondly, to analyze its procedural operation in Peru, baring the deficiencies that presents. Hence it is claimed that the Peruvian judicial review is a “model even put together”. Finally, it states that the exploration of judicial review serves to clarify some concepts that link it very closely with constitutional interpretation, in the light not only of what holds the current comparison doctrine but also its reception in the jurisprudence of the Peruvian Constitutional Court.

The mathematical relationships obtained denote the complexity of the operation in the leached and adsorbed gold stage on activated carbon; since significant losses of gold in solution occur in real metallurgical operations. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. Furthermore, varying the concentration of carbon affects the adsorption operation; that is, the kinetics of gold adsorbed on carbon decreases over time, but the operation has higher kinetics with a larger volume of carbon during adsorption. The main objective of this paper is the development of a model that allows the authentication of a user for access control using the Two-Factor Authentication model. For the development of such a model we present a secure two-factor authentication (TFA) scheme based on the user's possession of a password and a cryptographically capable device. The security of this model is end-to-end in the sense that whoever wants to access in a fraudulent way is going to find it difficult and thus guarantee the security of the user of the system, the algorithm used was Cryptographic Networks, which is a double authentication model. Also the programming language cakephp 4.0 was used, in addition to using the visual studio code program to perform the algorithms required for the double authentication model to work.

This paper presents an optimal control strategy for the Zika virus disease with sexual transmission. A mathematical model for the transmission of the Zika virus is considered with three preventive measures as control, namely: the prevention of the sexual contagion with the use of condoms and the orientation in the transmission of Zika in the homosexual and heterosexual relations, the campaigns against vectors and the protection of the society regarding the contagion by mosquito bites. We examine the implementation of various combinations of the control strategies in order to determine the most cost-effective one. This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem.
