La calidad del agua de los ríos está constantemente deteriorando debido a la presencia de contaminantes naturales y antropogénicos. Este hecho ha resultado en un aumento de los niveles de dichos contaminantes, lo cual ha suscitado la necesidad de cuantificar y evaluar la calidad de estos cuerpos de agua. The article approaches approach to the assumptions of methodologies for measuring online conversation. These methodologies record what users do when access to social media institutional profiles, which allows observing the impact of the publications. However, they do not take into account neither the response of institutions as a result of listening to users nor the possibilities of co-creation. Thereby, conversation is confused with mere digital interaction. Seeking for engagement is executed as a strategic action of conquest of users, which ends up stopping the advances towards a culture of collaboration. This research explores the use of Facebook as a corporate communications channel of Peruvian universities. The study aims to find out which communication elements generate the greatest interaction. To this end, content analysis is carried out, which allows to detect communicative actions, formats, themes and emotional links that lead to greater participation of audiences in this social network. This methodology is complemented by a qualitative analysis of the most relevant posts. Results show that content valued most by the public seeks to educate and inspire with the results of research and scientific innovation and through audiovisual formats, appealing to a sense of pride of the community.

This study investigates the perception of young Spaniards about online sports betting and its advertising. The initiative arises from the recent regulation of commercial communications in this sector in Spain. We reviewed the literature related to the phenomenon and the foundations that gave rise to the regulations. Starting from discussion groups with young people between the ages of 15 and 21, we use advertisements as an impulse to learn about beliefs and perceptions about sports betting, the regulations in force and their advertising. There is a certain lack of concern in the group with the influence of advertising and the health risks of possible addictive behaviors. Studies of this type, we believe, could serve as a reference for future regulatory frameworks in the Latin American region, a territory in which this industry is in full expansion.
