Hoy en día, con los avances de la biotecnología se ha abierto un camino para que grandes empresas, a través de investigación y desarrollo, puedan lucrar utilizando conocimiento tradicional y recursos biológicos. Estas ganancias se manifiestan a través de patentes biológicas que podrían afectar la economía de un país al establecer restricciones de mercado. The present work was carried out in the Santa Teresa zone II community, Yavari river, Loreto region. To seek to identify the different products of wood, in order to have an alternative development in this area. The general objective was to know the forest species and their products other than wood and their uses. A survey format was used. 65 inhabitants grouped into 14 families were found. Se realizó la evaluación del potencial toxicológico a dosis repetidas de 90 días, por vía oral del extracto acuoso liofilizado de hojas de Uncaria guianensis (Aubl.) Gmel “Uña de gato”, teniendo en consideración las directrices de la Organización para la Cooperación y Desarrollo Económico TG 408 y los Principios Éticos de Experimentación en Animales. Se emplearon 72 ratas albinas de ambos sexos distribuidas en dos grupos experimentales en dosis de 100 mg/kg y 300 mg/kg de p.c., respectivamente, y un grupo Control negativo (NaCl 0.9%). The main objective of this bibliographical research was to determine how the assignment of nursing personnel is carried out in relation to the profile of a job, to achieve this, scientific articles were taken into account with the keywords of personnel assignment, staffing, assignment by competences with an age of 10 years according to the Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier database. As a result, there were 38 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria; which presented various models of personnel assignment, each one with its advantages and disadvantages according to the surrounding reality where they had been applied. In conclusion, the literature suggests that proper nursing staff assignment is crucial to ensure quality and safe patient care in hospitals, and that multiple factors and approaches need to be considered to achieve optimal assignment
