El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo brindar a los estudiantes obtener un conocimiento general de algunos aspectos importantes sobre el proceso de sistema de ventas de la Empresa PRINTAC S.A.C. La investigación planteada en esta tesis está relacionado a la mejora del proceso de venta de la Empresa PRITNAC S.A.C. ubicada en Av.
