Los padres ocupan un lugar muy importante en el crecimiento de los hijos, siendo uno de los principales garantes de un adecuado logro de las diferentes tareas que los hijos enfrentan en cada etapa. Así pues, por un lado, favorecen el desarrollo saludable proveyéndoles del sostén y acompañamiento que ellos necesitan (Carver y Scheier, 1997; Kantrowitz y Springen, 2005). Por otro, actúan como factor protector ante problemas de conducta, dificultades académicas, depresión, etc. (O’Connor, 1995; McCurdy y Scherman, 1996; Klein, Forehand, Armistead, Long, 1997; Ausloos, 1998; Wittekind y Vazsonyi, 2003).

Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

Among the fundamental values of the child protection system, apart from the right to non-discrimination, the right to life and the best interests of the child is the right to child participation in the judicial process; however, this right has not been implemented concretely and adequately to guarantee its effectiveness. In this article, we will examine this right in the legal system and the various normative dispositions that regulate it and identify some issues that highlight the guarantees that should exist for it to be effective. Based on this, we will propose procedural measures to guarantee this right of participation and the full protection of the rights recognized in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, trying to ensure that the intervention is the least harmful as possible, depending on what the circumstances require.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the interaction betweena group of self-referenced beliefs and the strategies used to copewith, and eventually overcome, the adversity in adolescents thatlived in a situation of social vulnerability. This is a comment about the situation of the children without parental care, who live institutionalized in the Residential Care Centers, for long periods of time, because their processes of Tutelary Research are not solved. When the children and teenagers cannot return to a family environment, their rights are infringed, especially the right to live in a family environment that contributes to their protection, development and wellbeing. It is an analysis created out of a job experience, about the situation lived by many children, even since they are born, to whom the system usually does not prioritize the resolution for their legal situation.

Por ello, desde un enfoque cualitativo, se realizaron 8 entrevistas semiestructuradas a jóvenes madres entre los 17 a 19 años pertenecientes a un sector socioeconómico bajo de Lima. Los resultados muestran que una comunicación autoritaria o pasiva dentro de las familias, percibir la sexualidad como un tema tabú y la represión en torno a la pareja y amigos, son posibles predictores de un embarazo no planificado; el cual se dio en todas las participantes de este estudio.
