A solar thermal accumulator is designed and built using the phase change principle, to optimize the drying process in a familiar solar dryer, in an additional period to the cessation of the incidence of solar radiation; the phase change material selected is the commercial paraffin, whose thermal properties have been characterized by the KD2 Pro meter. The melting temperature of the paraffin (53 oC) is around the operating temperature of the medium temperature solar dryer. The solar thermal accumulator is characterized by being modular, consisting of twelve cylindrical units of recycled aluminum, where each unit contains 200 g of paraffin and incorporates meshes with aluminum fins to improve the flow of heat to the outside and optimize its transfer to the air. In this research the influence of the replacement percentage of recycled concrete on settlement, the compressive strength of concrete, abrasion testing and permeability in processing of non-structural permeable concrete was evaluated. As a search for alternatives that improve the impact of concrete waste as a contaminant on human health and the environment, it is proposed to achieve a more sustainable construction model with the use of recycled concrete to produce non-structural permeable concrete with lower costs of production and improved properties. La presente investigación fue elaborada teniendo en cuenta los problemas que presentan los pobladores cuando construyen sus viviendas en el Centro Poblado de Aicas perteneciente al distrito de Luricocha, provincia de Huanta del departamento de Ayacucho. Dentro del área de estudio se puede ver la presencia de suelos arcillosos de baja calidad que entran en contacto con las cimentaciones. Asimismo, mencionar que debido al cambio de humedad según sea la estación del año, el suelo cambia de comportamiento haciendo que las estructuras resulten fisuradas. En la presente tesis de grado, se investigó el comportamiento del polvo de aluminio en concreto ligero para la construcción de losas aligeradas sobre su resistencia a la compresión, asentamiento, absorción, densidad y tiempo de fraguado, se logra obtener por procesos de material espumoso e incorporador de aire hacen un concreto ligero con una densidad no mayor a 1900 kg/m , para la presente investigación, se añadió polvo de aluminio lo que pasa de la malla N°40 (0.425mm) al 1.5%,3%,4.5% y 6% del peso del cemento, sin superplastificante y con superplastificante al 1%, se obtuvo de la empresa Química Suiza Industrial EUCO 37.
