Antecedentes: El tiempo de respuesta (TR) de un resultado contribuye a brindar un diagnóstico temprano y tratamiento oportuno, es por ello que mediante el método baño maría (BM), buscamos reducir el tiempo de la formación del coágulo y con ello acortar el TR en la fase preanalítica. Objetivo: Evaluar el efecto de la variación de temperatura en los analitos bioquímicos en tubos con gel separador. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio de tipo experimental, transversal, prospectivo. Recolectamos muestras de sangre de 61 voluntarios, donde se comparó el método estándar y método baño maría (BM); se midieron los siguientes analitos: glucosa, colesterol total, colesterol HDL, triglicéridos, deshidrogenasa láctica, fosfatasa alcalina, urea y creatinina. The aim of this study was to develop a system for evaluating the marbling of beef using hyperspectral imaging technology. The Japanese standard classification of the degree of marbling of beef was used as reference and twelve standards were digitized to obtain the parameters of shape and spatial distribution of marbling of each class. A total of 35 samples M. longissmus dorsi muscle were scanned by the hyperspectral imaging system of 400-1000 nm in reflectance mode. The wavelength of 528 nm was selected for segmentation of the sample and background. Processing algorithms of the image based on decision tree were trained and implemented for the binarization in the region of interest.
