In the learning society, one of the challenges for teachers in training is the need to define and develop a set of professional skills in their initial training, essential for their subsequent entry into the labor market. In this work, the aim was to delve into the employability skills developed by students in the Primary Education undergraduate study program, their relevance for their process of socio-labor insertion, as well as their global perception to face it. An inter-university study was carried out with a total of 210 students in their final year at Universidad de Murcia and Universidade da Coruña, both Spanish. The collection of information was carried out on the basis of the previously validated Labor Counseling and Insertion Questionnaire. The study focused on the results obtained through the Labor Skills Certification service provided by the Impulsa Peru Program of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) during the years 2011 - 2016, according to the regulations established by the General Directorate of Vocational Training and Labor Training (DGFPCL), as well as the guidelines of Budget Program 0116 “Improvement of Employability and Labor Insertion - PROEMPLEO”. These results were measured based on two key indicators such as the level of work experience and the level of salary, which are linked to the employability of a person. For this, four samples were taken whose size per sample was 1,804 beneficiaries with certified labor competencies and compared with 1,804 non-competent beneficiaries. El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación de la percepción laboral y la inserción laboral de los estudiantes de una universidad privada en Trujillo año 2024. Se observó que muchos estudiantes enfrentan dificultades al ingresar al mercado laboral, a pesar de contar con una formación académica sólida. Por lo tanto, se planteó analizar cómo la percepción que los estudiantes tienen sobre su entorno laboral influye en su capacidad para integrarse exitosamente en el ámbito profesional. Vista la poca información sobre la inserción laboral y la formación técnica en la IE Augusto B Leguía en Lima. Decidimos realizar esta investigación. Teniendo como objetivo establecer la relación entre estas dos variables. This magisterial thesis considered Peruvian women from rural areas who have fewer possibilities of accessing the labor market due to educational, social and cultural limitations as study population, for which they require support from the public sector to insert themselves into economic activities. One of the state supports is the Trabaja Peru Program created in 2011. Thus, the applied methodology was quantitative, correlational level and non-experimental design. The work determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient at 90% confidence, that the amounts accrued by the Program in charge of the national government are directly related to the labor insertion of the rural female population 2012-2019 by 68.62%. Otherwise, no relationship was found between the second variable mentioned and the amounts accrued by regional and local governments.

Presentamos el estudio de caso, llevado a cabo en el año 2015, sobre la deserción laboral de los jóvenes del distrito de Puente Piedra (Lima) que son beneficiarios del Programa Nacional de Empleo Jóvenes a la Obra (hoy Jóvenes Productivos) del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, los que al concluir su periodo de formación, fueron insertados en la empresa Textiles Camones para desempeñarse como maquinistas.
