The objective of the study was to determine the predictive value of personality traits according to the Mexican model of the Five Personality Factors in the Burnout Syndrome (BOS) and its dimensions from the Gil-Monte model. Three hundred and seventy-five basic education teachers from Mexico City took part in it. The sampling was intentional, non-probabilistic with cross-sectional and correlational design. The Spanish Burnout Syndrome inventory and the Mexican Five Personality Factors scale were used. Pearson's Correlation Test and a stepwise linear regression model were employed for the analysis. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar al detalle lo referente a la educación inclusiva que se da dentro del museo, prestando especial atención a las necesidades educativas particulares de sus visitantes y en reconocer la importancia de la educación no formal en el proceso educativo de todos sus públicos, cómo en la actualidad se viene efectuando en nuestros museos nacionales. A través del estudio realizado, observaremos que la conceptualización de educación en museos es variable a lo largo del tiempo y que, actualmente, debemos potenciar el acercamiento de los objetos expuestos al público visitante con un formato educativo basado en la diversidad. The main objective of this bibliographical research was to determine how the assignment of nursing personnel is carried out in relation to the profile of a job, to achieve this, scientific articles were taken into account with the keywords of personnel assignment, staffing, assignment by competences with an age of 10 years according to the Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier database. As a result, there were 38 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria; which presented various models of personnel assignment, each one with its advantages and disadvantages according to the surrounding reality where they had been applied. In conclusion, the literature suggests that proper nursing staff assignment is crucial to ensure quality and safe patient care in hospitals, and that multiple factors and approaches need to be considered to achieve optimal assignment
