The formation of nanoparticles of chitosan by the ionic gelation method has a high potential for loading, transport and controlled release of molecules. It is a simple method and the nanoparticles have good absorption, stability, biocompatibility and low toxicity. Florfenicol is one of the most used antibiotics in the aquaculture industry and is administered mixed with the feed in high concentrations, which generates problems of effective doses and unwanted residues. The main objective of this work is to determine the feasibility of installing a logistics operator for refrigerated hydrobiological product transportation services in the department of Ancash. The target market is concentrated in the main fishing terminals of the department of Lima, located in the district of Villa María del Triunfo and the district of Ventanilla. Annual demand is 557 services for the first year and 766 services for the last year of operations. La formación de nanopartículas de quitosano mediante el método de gelación iónica tiene un alto potencial para la carga, transporte y liberación controlada de moléculas. Es un método sencillo y las nanopartículas presentan buena absorción, estabilidad, biocompatibilidad y baja toxicidad. El florfenicol es uno de los antibióticos más utilizados en la industria acuícola y es administrado mezclado con el alimento en altas concentraciones, lo cual genera problemas de dosis efectivas y de residuos no deseados. The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of three hormonal inducers (EPC, Conceptal®, and Ovaprim®) on spawning induction and spermiation in the reproduction of black-winged palmetto Myleus schomburgkii, (0.70 ± 0.10 kg of weight and 27.81 ± 1.25 cm in length in males and 0.72 ± 0.29 kg in weight and 28.84 ± 3.56 cm in length in females). The reproducers were captured from the natural environment (Downstream community Santa Clara River Nanay) and transported to the facilities of the "Fernando Alcántara Bocanegra" Research Center of the IIAP, Iquitos.
