Resumen.- La investigación científica que he realizado es básica, correlacional causal no experimental, los factores de estudio son tres: formación Profesional, liderazgo y gestión pedagógica. La población es de 90 docentes y muestra estuvo conformada también por 46 docentes distribuidos de la siguiente manera: 05 de inicial, 18 primaria y 23 de secundaria. El diseño de la investigación es transeccional, correlacional, causal. bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron tres cuestionarios estructurados como medición y consta de los siguientes aspectos: por un lado los estudios docentes realizados, por otro la capacidad de los directivos, finalmente el aspectos de la gestión administrativa lo que se aplicó a los 46 docentes de la muestra. Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. The Cajamarca región is the second región in Peru in terms of the number of MEL sites with the majority of them located in the Hualgayoc district.
