This paper presents a new approach for determining the functional business model required for the data model of the future automated system. The scope of this new scheme covers the typical business that requires information systems for business decision making. Radios face significant challenges in the face of digital transformation. The purpose of this study, based on the current state of the radio industry, is to analyze the opportunities and challenges that digitalization presents for traditional radio stations and public radio in Ecuador. It uses a qualitative methodology, where it explores various indicators and trends in the contemporary radio ecosystem. The results show that, although the funding and prominence of public radio has decreased over time, the digital transformation opens doors to connect with younger audiences and to diversify the content offered. In addition, the potential of new digital formats and platforms is highlighted. Las campañas de marketing que implementan las organizaciones financieras están centradas en el producto. Las empresas del sistema ofertan en promedio 17 productos entre activos, pasivos y de servicios; los valores de los indicadores de efectividad y de rentabilidad de estas campañas no son óptimos. This research analyzes the strategic dimensions of the Aptiv company's supply chain, as a model of optimal functioning in inventory management and supply flows that make it resilient and sustainable.
