Two commercial varieties of Peruvian Pouteria lucuma fruits namely “Seda” and “Beltrán” were characterized in terms of their physicochemical properties as well as their primary and secondary metabolites content and profile. Free sugars, dietary fiber, and starch comprise the main components in both varieties. Phenolic compounds derived from flavanoids (flavan-3-ols), gallic acid, and their derivatives were identified. Xanthophylls were tentatively identified based on their UV-vis spectra and enclosed the majority of the carotenoids found in lucuma. Additionally, both varieties showed to be sources of lipophilic compounds such as tocopherols (?, ?, and ?) and triterpenoids. The following prefeasibility study will determine the feasibility of implementing a specialized ice cream facility base on a liquid nitrogen freezing process in Lima Metropolitana. For this, the research problem was evaluated, establishing the objectives, and the scope. The subject was justified and the hypotheses were presented. Different theses found in the library of the University of Lima were used as references. It was necessary to implement a market research in order to determine the demand and interest from the target audience, therefor surveys were carried out. Based on the surveys and diferente relevant factors of the study such as proximity to the target audience, polarization, security and others, the location of the ice cream facility was determined. El Tocosh de papa (Solanumtuberosum) es ampliamente utilizado en diversas zonas de nuestro país por sus propiedades medicinales. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general evaluar el efecto cicatrizante de una crema elaborada a base de Solanumtuberosum (Tocosh) y membrana testácea de huevo de gallina. Empleados de manera empírica con la misma función. En los procedimientos, primero se determinó los metabolitos del Tocosh (Solanumtuberosum) obteniendo compuestos fenólicos y aminoácidos libre en alta concentración y, flavonoides, alcaloides y azúcares reductores en moderada concentración. Para la investigación farmacológica tópica, se preparó una crema base. A esta se le añadió las concentraciones de 1.5%.

Moche decorated ceramics possessed a high ideological value as a means by which the elite made known its power, identity and wealth. In this panorama there are three types of decoration of the Moche pottery, using the decorative base of red slip, cream or the natural color of the paste. The Moche society between 600 d.
