The structure of mental activity and the consequent development of its components functionally affect the quality of the students’ performance. The aim of this research was to know the difference between some structural details of the psychological levels of the functionality of the students with and without learning difficulties. It is a predominantly quantitative and experimental study with independent variables such as age, school year, school retentions, cognitive aptitude and motivation to learn, and with dependent variables such as performance or school success. La presente investigación denominada: Calidad de la formación profesional y su relación con la satisfacción de los estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima, 2022; tuvo como objetivo: establecer cuál es la relación que existe entre la calidad de la formación profesional y la satisfacción de los estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima, 2022. La investigación perteneció al tipo básica, nivel descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 238 estudiantes, mientras que la muestra fue 162.
