The aim of this article is to analyse the problem-solution dynamics linked to the availability of and access to medicines for the Argentine population as a result of the social, economic, political and health crisis that affected Argentina in 2001.It is interesting to analyse the scope, characteristics and limitations of the public policies implemented by the Argentinean government between 2002 and 2008, whose objectives were to solve the problem of the lack of access to medicines that affected the most vulnerable sectors of the Argentinean population.The analytical reconstruction of this socio-institutional dynamic will provide a better understanding of the process of co-construction of public policies, regulations, artefacts, economic interests, ideologies and inclusive techno-productive development dynamics, and will offer new explanations about the functioning/non-functioning of the ...

Objective: To determine the effect of glycerol on hydrolisis of p-nitrophenyl phosphate at pH 5,0 by low molecular weight acid phosphatase from alpaca liver. Design: Experimental analytical study. Setting: Biochemistry and Nutrition Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima, Peru. Materials: Disodic p-nitrophenyl phosphate salt, glacial acetic acid, glycerol, tricloroacetic acid, sulfuric acid, ammonium molibdate, ascorbic acid, ammonium sulphate, sephadex G-75 (45-120), sulpho ethyl sephadex C-50 and ethylene diaminotetraacetic (EDTA) chemical reactives. Academic self-efficacy is a powerful predictor of academic success, yet there are several factors that predispose it. Because of this, an explanatory model is proposed using the self-regulation of academic activities, positive affection, and personality. Hierarchical multiple linear regression was used to support the predictive proposal of the model. The Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale of Academic Situations, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, Subscale Self-Regulation of Activities of the Academic Procrastination Scale, and Mini International Personality Item Pool (MINI-IPIP) were used. High correlations were obtained in the self-regulation of activities, positive affection, and personality (extraversion, concientousness and openness to experience) to academic self-efficacy.
