This essay intends to highlight the perspectives of Lifelong Learning, together with the contributions of Non-formal, Popular and Community Education. It is based on the analysis of Education and Learning in this global pandemic, which has affected the performance of the Education, Health, Employment, and Transport sectors, creating an environment of insecurity and uncertainty in the family, school, and work and community groups. Education was delivered through distance programs, virtual with digital technology for more than a year and the conclusion is that new paradigms must be introduced. The objective of the present article is to understand the meaning of communication policies regarding the state television channel by the governments of the province Rio Negro since the end of the Transition Union of Companies with Artear until 2015. In effect, in 2009 this link is terminated and a process of re-nacionalization of the station begins which will highlight the tensions between the constitution of a public service or the government´s use of the only air television channel. In this context, we analyze these policies according to three dimensions: the constitution of the control and management organs, the programming and the financing.

Introduction and aims: Dyspepsia is a multifactorial disease that can involve alcohol, tobacco, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use, as well as lifestyle, diet, socioeconomic elements, or psychologic factors. The aim of the present article was to establish the frequency of uninvestigated dyspepsia and determine its associated factors in students at 4 Latin American schools of medicine. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional, analytic study was conducted, in which a survey made up of closed-ended questions was applied at just one point in time.
