The doctoral thesis titled Use of the Structural Method According to Antonio Bravo in the Intercultural Analysis and Interpretation of Stories by Humberto del Águila and Juan Rulfo – Iquitos 2024 presents the analysis and interpretation method developed by the specialist Antonio Bravo, applying the theoretical aspect in practice through the analysis and interpretation of the Amazonian traditional story “El collar del curaca” by Humberto Del Águila Arriaga and the modern Mexican story “¡Diles que no me maten!” by Juan Rulfo. The analysis and interpretation are intercultural, following the schematic sequence of the chosen methodology, starting with the formal aspect, followed by the internal or content aspect, determining that narrative sequentiality stands out, and establishing the respective similarities and differences between the traditional and modern stories. La investigación titulada Efectos Sheepskin: Rendimiento de la Educación y Remuneración Salarial Del Mercado Laboral de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2016. Actualmente en la ciudad de Tarapoto se percibe que las remuneraciones salariales no están acorde a la oferta del mercado por lo que resulta importante determinar la correlación entre las variables descritas. La problemática se origina en torno al hecho de que no todos cuentan con las mismas posibilidades de acceso a una formación académica y que mediante el efecto Sheepskin se logra un mejor nivel de ingreso de las personas; por ello tuvo como objetivo general determinar el grado de incidencia del rendimiento de la educación en la remuneración salarial del mercado laboral.  The objective of the study was to identify the relationship between psychosocial factors of academic work and Burnout Syndrome in a public university in Mexico. In a sample of 247 academics from a public university in Mexico, an online battery was applied that was made up of an adaptation of the questionnaire Psychosocial Factors of Academic Work (FPSIS), the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Burning Syndrome by Work for Educational Professionals (CESQT-PE) and a section on sociodemographics The high and/or critical prevalence of Burnout dimensions was around 30% at the same time as more than 90% showed high levels of illusion at work.
