This review article is based on the identity theory developed from neuroscience. It articulates the physical with the psychic, or the behavior with the environment through social interaction. It consists in admitting the presence of consciousness of brain states in human behavior. Objective. To analyze the identity of the individual associating the brain to thinking and decision-making. Method. A meticulous bibliographic review of the subject was carried out. Scientific articles, journalistic reports and neuroscientific essays of the most recent studies were consulted. La migraña, una patología crónica, es el segundo tipo de cefalea primaria más común en el mundo, al tener un componente neurogénico - vascular; ocasiona trastornos estructurales y funcionales en el cerebro, estos a su vez también están relacionados con el proceso de la memoria, pudiendo ocasionar demencia. El componente hormonal femenino, tiene un papel importante tanto en el proceso migrañoso y como en la demencia. Objetivo: Establecer si la migraña es un factor de riesgo para el desarrollo de demencia en las mujeres. Métodos: Para esta Revisión Sistemática de estudios observacionales, se realizó la exploración en 4 bases de datos (COCHRANE, WEB OF SCINCE, SCOPUS, PUBMED), donde se investigó la asociación entre la migraña y la demencia en mujeres. El Accidente Cerebro Vascular es la alteración del flujo sanguíneo a una parte del cerebro que trae como consecuencias muchas deficiencias motoras, sensoriales, emocionales, etc. que va a restringir las actividades de la vida diaria como son las dos variables en estudio: El Equilibrio que es un sistema que incluye importantes elementos: motores, sensoriales y cognitivos que se relacionan entre sí y con su medio ambiente, se medirá con la escala de Berg y la Función Motora que es la facultad de realizar movimientos corporales cuando se relacionan entre sí estructuras muy importantes: el cerebro, las neuronas motoras y los músculos, se medirá con la evaluación Fugl Meyer. Asimismo, se buscará determinar la relación que existe entre ellas mediante la formulación de hipótesis y tomando en cuenta estudios anteriores.
