El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar la noción que tienen los peregrinos de Qoyllurit´i y pobladores quechuas del sur peruano sobre la coca, la bebida y el cigarro. La investigación se sustenta en prácticas compartidas, entrevistas y diálogos con peregrinos, danzantes y pobladores del Cuzco desde el 2011 hasta el 2019. En esta experiencia peregrina aprendí que la coca y las bebidas como la chicha, la cerveza, el aguardiente, el cañazo, entre otros, son considerados fuerza o kallpa porque son capaces de activar a las personas e impulsarlos a realizar determinadas acciones como danzar con gusto, trabajar con ganas y hablar con fluidez. Pero no se limitan a la provisión de fuerza, sino que también son proveedoras de calor y protectoras de malos espíritus, entidades agresivas y malos vientos. La presente tesis es una investigación de enfoque cualitativo. Se tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategias que utiliza una docente para favorecer la tolerancia a la frustración en niñas y niños de 4 años de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Magdalena del Mar, en un contexto de educación remota. Asimismo, la investigación es descriptiva y se basa en la metodología de estudio de caso. La informante en la que se basa la tesis es una docente de un aula de 4 años. Además, se aplicaron dos técnicas para recoger información: la entrevista y la observación de dos sesiones de clase por Zoom. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue existen la comunicación oral y escrita, también la expresión no verbal es importante; sin embargo, en ocasiones, nos olvidamos que el cuerpo puede comunicarse con gestos, movimientos o acciones para dar a conocer ideas, sensaciones, deseos, necesidades, entre otros. Esta forma de comunicación es la más antigua, pues los seres humanos durante su proceso evolutivo la utilizaban mucho antes de pronunciar su primera palabra. Es por ello que como el cuerpo expresa muchas veces más que la simple oralidad, es necesario conocerlo, dominarlo y trabajarlo a través de la danza o el baile. The objective of this work is to show the notion that the pilgrims of Qoyllurit´I and Quechua settlers of the Peruvian south have about coca, drink and cigar. The research is based on shared practices, interviews and dialogues with pilgrims, dancers and residents of Cuzco from 2011 to 2019. In this pilgrim experience I learned that coca and drinks such as chichi, beer, brandy, cañazo, among other, are considered force or kallpa because they are able to activate people and encourage them to perform certain actions such as dancing with pleasure, working with enthusiasm and speaking fluently. But they are not limited to the provision of force, but they are also heat providers and protectors of evil spirits, aggressive entities and bad winds. Coca, drink and cigar are intentional and capable of bringing the subjects into action.
