La presente investigación tiene como propósito el analizar el impacto de la producción masiva en la tradición ceramista de la comunidad Ichimay Wari, Lurín. Región Lima 2018, la misma que busca proponer una alternativa a favor de la conservación de la tradición de manera sostenible en los ámbitos económicos, socioculturales y ambientales. Para desarrollar este estudio previamente se realizó el trabajo de campo, el cual consistió en la observación e identificación del barrio del artesano; nombre utilizadov para referirse al lugar donde se encuentran los talleres los que a su vez son las viviendas de los artesanos de la asociación, es así que se pudo identificar la inadecuada accesibilidad que existe. El tema propuesto es un proyecto arquitectónico, de un “Centro de Difusión y Capacitación Cultural para el desarrollo de la comunidad Ichimay Wari en el distrito de Lurín, lima”, esta circunscrito en el campo urbano arquitectónico del sector cultural y busca lograr un hito que identifique una zona cultual en dicho distrito. En Lima existen muchas infraestructuras que han sido adecuadas o adaptadas para fines culturales o que funcionen como tal, sin embargo, no hubo una planificación previa o no están orientadas a difundir la cultura de una comunidad específica.
