description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, implementar el manual de organización y funciones – MOF, para el área contable de la empresa Proteínas Naturales del Perú SAC. porque es muy importante que cada personal de trabajo tenga claras las funciones que debe de desempeñar, para cumplir con todas las actividades hasta alcanzar los objetivos. El MOF es un documento donde se detalla las funciones del trabajador para que se pueda optimizar el tiempo y se puedan lograr obtener mejores resultados al tener la información detallada de las actividades que deben desempeñar en el puesto del área contable. Para el desarrollo del manual organización de funciones el primer paso fue clasificar los puestos del área contable, en seguida se asignó las funciones que cada trabajador debe cumplir por tal motivo es responsable de la actividad, para así evitar la duplicidad de actividades. Se concluyó que la elaboración del MOF es un proceso muy importante porque ayuda a la empresa a estar más organizada.
