Como parte de la metodología de desarrollo se planteó utilizar la metodológica PHVA o ciclo de Deming para implementar una campaña de sensibilización en comportamiento vial a conductores; programar el mantenimiento vehicular; realizar capacitaciones en seguridad vial y realizar campañas de seguridad vial con participación de la Sutran. Asimismo, el estudio concluye con la reducción de accidentabilidad vial utilizando el sistema de seguridad vial, en base al diagnóstico cuantificado que corresponde a las brechas técnicas y de impacto económico. Para dicho cumplimiento se logró cumplir con la sensibilización en comportamiento vial a los conductores, permitirá reducir las infracciones de tránsito causados por el comportamiento del conductor; cumplir con un programa de mantenimiento vehicular, permitirá reducir el nivel de riesgo vial y mantendrá el estado de los vehículos; cumplir con las capacitaciones de seguridad vial, permitirá aumentar la calidad de los trabajadores, reducir infracciones y aumentara la productividad del proceso de distribución; y cumplir con una campaña de seguridad vial con la Sutran, permitirá reforzar la comunicación con las entidades del estado, capacitar a los trabajador y evitar infracción o sanciones por incumplimiento de las normas de seguridad vial.
