description El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo en la empresa de publicidad de la ciudad del Lima, la cual tiene como finalidad implementar estrategias y procesos de gestión contable para reducir los costos innecesarios y tener un mejorar control en el área contable y financiera en la empresa del rubro de publicidad 2017. El tema fue elegido debido a que se ha observado ciertas deficiencias en el área contable y financiera, Tanto para la toma de decisiones y acciones, la investigación desarrolló como objetivo general implementar un manual de funciones a través de la elaboración de plan, guías y capacitación para reducir considerablemente los errores contables y financieros de la entidad.
