Analiza estas interacciones bajo el enfoque del problema principal-agente que se suscita en un entorno de gobierno corporativo, por medio de dos dimensiones, vertical y horizontal, y los costos en los que incurre el principal para no eliminar pero sí minimizar la incidencia de conducta oportunista del agente frente al principal. Este papel presenta la evidencia de cuánto falta por crear y desarrollar un entorno donde exista un buen gobierno corporativo, es decir, brindarle mayor protección al inversionista mediante un adecuado marco jurídico, existente pero que puede ser mejorado.application/pdfspaUniversidad del Pacífico.
