description La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar como la rotación de inventarios se relaciona con la productividad del almacén de la empresa “COMERCIAL OSJOR S.R.L”, Trujillo 2018, con la finalidad de determinar qué tan eficiente la entidad está administrando sus productos del almacén, y así determinar en qué grado la empresa recupera su capital invertido. Para el desarrollo, los investigadores tuvieron que recopilar información primaria como la cantidad de entradas y salidas, los datos de los productos y la demanda de los pedidos mensuales; luego se organizaron los resultados en cuadros de Excel para simplificarlos en tablas y gráficos, y dar a conocer a detalle la realidad de la organización en todo el periodo 2018. Finalmente se determinó los resultados correspondientes a las variables dependiente e independiente para poder realizar el método correlacional en el programa SPSS 22 y así poder realizar la prueba estadística y medir la relación de las variables. Se concluye que existe un alto grado de relación entre las variables (+0.795) de rotación de inventarios y la productividad del almacén de la organización, por lo que llevar un control de sus materiales aumenta su rendimiento, esto es indispensable para poder obtener procesos logísticos de alto nivel.

For development, researchers had to collect primary information such as the number of inputs and outputs, product data, and demand for monthly orders; then the results were organized into Excel tables to simplify them into tables and graphs, and to show in detail the reality of the organization over the entire 2018 period. Finally, the results corresponding to the dependent and independent variables were determined in order to be able to perform the correlational method in the SPSS 22 program and thus be able to perform the statistical test and measure the relationship of the variables.
