Como objetivo de la presente investigación, determinaremos el nivel de cumplimiento de la aplicación de la Directiva N° 005-2016-EF/51.01 en el reconocimiento de terrenos rurales y edificios de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, año 2017. Teniendo como diseño de investigación no experimental, transversal y descriptiva; ya que buscamos conocer y determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de la aplicación de nuestras dos variables de estudio. Por medio de Fichas de registro de datos, se procedió al análisis documental en los ambientes de las áreas de contabilidad y patrimonio de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, para conocer la situación actual del nivel de cumplimiento de la aplicación de la Directiva N° 005-2016-EF/51.01 en el reconocimiento de terrenos rurales y edificios de la ya mencionada entidad. Así mismo, con la búsqueda y el análisis de información de los datos recopilados con los instrumentos mencionados, se logró contrastar la hipótesis planteada. Al determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de la aplicación de la Directiva N° 005-2016-EF/51.01, en el reconocimiento de terrenos rurales y edificios. se observó que el nivel de cumplimiento es malo. Se concluyó que el incumplimiento de la aplicación de la Directiva N° 005-2016- EF/51.01; influye directamente en el reconocimiento de terrenos rurales y edificios. En tal sentido, se recomienda Capacitar al personal del área de patrimonio para obtener una aplicación excelente de la Directiva N° 005-2016-EF/51.01. |

This research is of non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive, due to we seek to know and analyze the level of accomplishment of the application of our two study variables. Through the use of Forms of data registering, we proceeded to the documental analysis in the areas of accountancy and patrimony of the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, to know the current situation of the level of compliance of the application of the Directive N° 005-2016-EF/ 51.01 in the recognition of rural terrains and buildings of the aforementioned public entity. Likewise, with the search and analysis of information of the gathered data with the mentioned instruments, we were able to contrast the stated hypothesis. In determining the level of compliance of the application of the Directive N° 005-2016- EF/51.01, in the recognition of rural terrains and buildings, it was observed that level of compliance is poor. It was concluded that non-compliance of application of the Directive N° 005-2016-EF/51.01 influences directly in recognition of rural terrains and building.
