description La presente investigación surge a raíz de la inseguridad de derecho de propiedad y como el aplicativo de alerta registral de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos comunica a los propietarios del Distrito de Huaral - 2021, para así tener la seguridad jurídica sobre sus propiedades de bien inmueble. La presente investigación se desarrolló mediante el enfoque cualitativo ya que se determinará como los Registros Públicos guarda seguridad jurídica mediante el aplicativo “Alerta Registral”, el tipo de investigación que se utilizo fue tipo no experimental, dado que se condiciono el tema a la Seguridad Jurídica de los Registros Públicos en las propiedades inmuebles de Huaral durante el año 2021, finalmente el diseño que se utilizó es Teoría Fundamentada, el objetivo de la presente investigación se determinar de qué manera los Registros Público brindo protección jurídica en las propiedades inmuebles del distrito de Huaral durante el año 2021, y así se llegó a obtener resultados positivos determinando la existente relación que tiene la alerta registral como seguridad jurídica que brindó los registros públicos al distrito de Huaral durante el año 2021.

La presente investigación se desarrolló mediante el enfoque cualitativo ya que se determinará como los Registros Públicos guarda seguridad jurídica mediante el aplicativo “Alerta Registral”, el tipo de investigación que se utilizo fue tipo no experimental, dado que se condiciono el tema a la Seguridad Jurídica de los Registros Públicos en las propiedades inmuebles de Huaral durante el año 2021, finalmente el diseño que se utilizó es Teoría Fundamentada, el objetivo de la presente investigación se determinar de qué manera los Registros Público brindo protección jurídica en las propiedades inmuebles del distrito de Huaral durante el año 2021, y así se llegó a obtener resultados positivos determinando la existente relación que tiene la alerta registral como seguridad jurídica que brindó los registros públicos al distrito de Huaral durante el año 2021.The present investigation arises as a result of the insecurity of property rights and as the application of the registry alert of the National Superintendence of Public Registries, communicates to the owners of the district of Huaral - 2021, in order to have legal certainty over their real estate properties.
