Lo que se pretende en la investigación es implementar la metodología BIM en un proyecto de construcción y poder conocer la influencia de esta, por ende, la finalidad de la tesis fue determinar la influencia de la implementación de la metodología BIM al calcular el costo hecho con Revit y compararlo con el costo inicial del proyecto, por otro lado, también se tuvo como finalidad determinar la influencia de las interferencias detectadas en el proyecto mediante la metodología BIM. Por lo tanto, mediante el modelamiento con el programa Revit se logró sacar los metrados correspondientes y luego calcular el costo por el cual fue 4.53% menor al costo inicial el cual indica que la metodología BIM influye de manera positiva en el proyecto, además mediante el programa Navisworks se logró detectar las interferencias en el cual el 80 % de interferencias fuero de la especialidad de instalaciones sanitarias y por ende se logró calcular el valor que costaría solucionar todas las interferencias, en el cual fue de S/. 1,705.49, todo esto indica que la metodología BIM influye de manera positiva al detectar de manera temprana las interferencias de un proyecto.

Por lo tanto, mediante el modelamiento con el programa Revit se logró sacar los metrados correspondientes y luego calcular el costo por el cual fue 4.53% menor al costo inicial el cual indica que la metodología BIM influye de manera positiva en el proyecto, además mediante el programa Navisworks se logró detectar las interferencias en el cual el 80 % de interferencias fuero de la especialidad de instalaciones sanitarias y por ende se logró calcular el valor que costaría solucionar todas las interferencias, en el cual fue de S/. 1,705.49, todo esto indica que la metodología BIM influye de manera positiva al detectar de manera temprana las interferencias de un proyecto.This research is specifically focused on the implementation of the BIM methodology in the Don Antonio multifamily building in San Miguel. The purpose of the research is to implement the BIM methodology in a construction project and to know the influence of this, therefore, the purpose of the thesis was to determine the influence of the implementation of the BIM methodology when calculating the cost made with Revit and compare it with the initial cost of the project, on the other hand, it was also intended to determine the influence of the interferences detected in the project through the BIM methodology. Therefore, by modeling with the Revit program it was possible to obtain the corresponding metrics and then calculate the cost, which was 4.53% less than the initial cost, which indicates that the BIM methodology has a positive influence on the project.
