description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo analizar y describir las características de la recaudación del Régimen Mype Tributario en el Perú al 2021, debido a la consideración de que este régimen es relativamente nuevo, y se pretende dar a conocer su impacto con relación a la recaudación del impuesto a la renta. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva de diseño no experimental y de enfoque cuantitativo, con una población constituida por documentos, ley del impuesto a la renta, resoluciones, artículos de investigación, reportes, registros estadísticos con respecto a la recaudación del impuesto a la renta en el Perú al año 2021, con lo cual se obtuvo como resultado que el Régimen Mype Tributario genera un porcentaje similar a la recaudación del Régimen General a pesar de tener poco tiempo de haber sido creada; sin embargo, en el año 2020 tuvo un porcentaje muy bajo de aporte con respecto a la recaudación del impuesto a la renta esto fue por causa de la pandemia covid-19 en la cual muchas empresas tuvieron que cerrar. A pesar de eso, actualmente la recaudación del Régimen Mype está recuperándose. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la participación del Régimen Mype Tributario es fundamental con respecto a la recaudación del impuesto a la renta en nuestro país, ya que las empresas que se conforman constantemente se están afiliando a este régimen, realizando un pago justo.
