Se consideró como metodología de investigación Mixta, porque tiene aspectos cualitativos y cuantitativos, de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, descriptiva y correlacional. De modo que se consideró como población a los usuarios del sistema ERP; donde se aplicó un cuestionario a 25 usuarios y una entrevista al gerente Financiero. Siendo estos instrumentos claves para poder medir las variables y el objeto de estudio. Se aplicó la técnica del análisis documentario para poder validar la información que brinda el actual sistema ERP y finalmente, se analizó mediante un análisis comparativo a los EE. FF de los períodos 2017-2018 con el fin de poder demostrar la incidencia del Sistema ERP en las tomas de decisiones financieras que conlleva a que la empresa mida su nivel de endeudamiento. Capacidad de pago en el corto y largo plazo; y por ultima la clasificación de nivel de riesgo que le otorga el sistema Financiero. Lo que finalmente se logro es demostrar la Incidencia del Uso de sistema ERP y la toma de decisiones financieras; se demostró que muchas de las decisiones financieras en transporte ANCRO a través del análisis documentario, su interpretación y la entrevista con el gerente financiero se pudo determinar que las decisiones financieras no fueron las adecuadas para la empresa.

It was considered as a Mixed research methodology, because it has qualitative and quantitative aspects, of an applied type, of a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design. Therefore, the users of the ERP system were considered as a population; where a questionnaire was applied to 25 users and an interview to the Financial Manager. These are key instruments to be able to measure the variables and the object of study. The documentary analysis technique was applied to be able to validate the information provided by the current ERP system and finally, it was analyzed through a comparative analysis to the FF of the periods 2017-2018 in order to be able to demonstrate the incidence of the ERP System in financial decision making that leads the company to measure its level of indebtedness. Ability to pay in the short and long term; and finally, the risk level classification granted by the Financial system.
