description El objetivo del presente estudio fue la determinación y descripción de las obligaciones tributarias para Mypes del sector textil ubicadas en el distrito de Jesús María, Lima 2023; la investigación fue de tipo aplicada, descriptiva, diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo conformada por los responsables del cumplimiento tributario de este tipo de empresas textiles cuyo domicilio se ubican en Jesús María, de los que se seleccionó una muestra de dieciocho personas, vinculadas a dichas Mypes, a los que se aplicó un cuestionario como instrumento de investigación, éste fue desarrollado en escala de Likert, de cuyos resultados relacionados con la obligación formal, sustantiva, y funcional, así como con el vínculo jurídico tributario; se ha concluido que la mayor parte de los responsables de Mypes estudiadas, reconocen los mecanismos, criterios, plazos y cronogramas establecidos por la administración tributaria para hacer cumplir las obligaciones tributarias formales; se encuentran totalmente informados sobre la información que emite la administración tributaria sobre los compromisos tributarios sustantivos, están de acuerdo con la función de retención de obligaciones tributarias funcionales que ejercen; así como, también la totalidad reconoce el sustento legal o vínculo jurídico de estas obligaciones.
