The information sources used were: EBSCO, ProQuest, Redalyc, Dialnet, Microsoft Academic and Google Academic; of which 25 publications could be obtained through proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria and the application of the PRISMA and PICO strategies. The publications analyzed indicated that the implementation of various Lean Manufacturing tools have a positive influence on productivity, which is manifested in: reduction of times, waste and failures.

En el presente estudio se analizó publicaciones científicas relacionadas a la influencia de la implementación de herramientas de Lean Manufacturing en la productividad de las industrias manufactureras. Las fuentes de información usadas fueron: EBSCO, ProQuest, Redalyc, Dialnet, Microsoft Academic y Google Académico; de las cuales se pudo obtener 25 publicaciones a través de criterios de inclusión y exclusión propuestos y de la aplicación de las estrategias PRISMA y PICO.
