E.I.R.L.; el sistema de control de inventarios es de vital importancia para toda empresa comercial ya que un faltante de producto ocasionaría perdida para la organización y por ende se obtendría una baja rentabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación se lograron a través de entrevistas al personal de la empresa, al gerente general de la Ferretería Linares F.J.J. E.I.R.L. lo cual ha permitido establecer un análisis sobre su realidad económica actual y el procesamiento de la información mediante el SPSS y la aplicación de ratios se hicieron de forma minuciosa y detallada. El primer capítulo; contiene lo relacionado con el problema como: Formulación del problema, justificación, y limitaciones del trabajo de la investigación. El segundo capítulo; presenta un análisis descriptivo del marco teórico y conceptual, que serán contrastados con el planteamiento del problema y seguido con los resultados obtenidos a través de la hipótesis. El tercer capítulo; presenta la metodología de investigación el cual será de tipo descriptivo, propositivo y cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y transversal, la población y muestras son los trabajadores de la empresa Ferretería Linares F.J.J EIRL, procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de los resultados arrojados por el SPSS, continuando con la discusión, conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias, anexos. F.J.J.;" inventory control system is of vital importance for all trading company since a shortage of product would be lost to the Organization and therefore low profitability would be obtained. The research results were achieved through interviews with the staff of the company, the general manager of the Linares F.J.J. hardware E.I.R.L. which allowed to establish an analysis of the current economic reality and through information processing implementation of ratios and the SPSS became in a thorough and detailed. The first chapter; It contains the problem as related: formulation of the problem, justification, and limitations of the research work. The second chapter; It presents a descriptive analysis of the theoretical framework and conceptual, that they will be contrasted with the approach of the problem followed with the results obtained through the hypothesis. The third chapter; presents the methodology for research which will be proactive and quantitative, descriptive type of design not experimental and cross-sectional, population and samples are the workers of the company hardware Linares F.J.J EIRL, processing, analysis and interpretation of the results by the SPSS, continuing with the discussion, conclusions, recommendations, references, annexes.
