Para cumplir con el objetivo y medir las variables de la investigación se utilizó la encuesta a través de dos instrumentos, los cuales se encuentran validados para su aplicación en el contexto peruano en investigaciones de tesis de post grado. Asimismo, la metodología empleada es hipotético deductiva, siendo el nivel de investigación causal, con un enfoque no experimental de corte transversal, de diseño cuantitativo. La población presentada es de 132 docentes, obteniéndose una muestra conformada por 99 docentes de tres instituciones educativas de Los Olivos en el 2019, quienes respondieron a los instrumentos. La correlación entre las variables, según el resultado obtenido, demostró que existe una relación significativa; es decir que al aplicar el coeficiente de Spearman (Rho) se evidenció una correlación positiva de p= 0,519. Lo que demuestra una relación directa significativa y positiva entre la comunicación organizacional formal y la motivación orientada a la autodeterminación en los docentes de las tres instituciones educativas de Los Olivos en el 2019.This research determines the relation between internal communication and motivation oriented towards self-determination in private schools from Los Olivos in 2019. In order to succeed with the aim and measure the research variables, the survey was used through two instruments, which are validated for its application in post grade thesis in Peruvian context. Therefore, the methodoly used is hypothetical deductive, with a causal research level, with a no experimental cross sectional approach with a quantity design. The population is about 132 teachers, having a sample composed by 99 teachers, who belongs to three private schools from Los Olivos in 2019, who answered the instruments. The correlation between both variables according to the result obtained, shows that there is a significant relation. In other words, when Spearman coefficient (RHO) was applied, it demonstrated a positive correlation of p=0,519.
