description RESUMEN El presente trabajo plantea la Propuesta de Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional basado en la Ley 29783 Ley de Seguridad Salud en el Trabajo y su Reglamento aprobado mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 005-2012-TR, Aplicado en una empresa que brinda servicios de soldeo de materiales HDPE geomembranas, geo textiles y tuberías. Este trabajo no solo podrá replicarse en empresas similares sino que también nos da un formato para aplicar a cualquier obra en la que se necesite un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Nuestro objetivo principal es Diseñar un Sistema Gestión Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO) fundamentado en la Ley 29783 Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo buscando reducir actos y condiciones sub estándar y mejorar el desempeño en seguridad y salud ocupacional en la empresa Innovación en Geosintéticos y Construcción SRL (IGyC S.R.L) En primer lugar se realiza un análisis de la Gestión de Seguridad en base a la lista de verificación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la R.M 050- 2013- TR, encontrando un 28% en desempeño y un análisis de los principales problemas para poder implementar un SGSSO, en el cual encontró varias deficiencias, las que se dieron solución alineando sus políticas y documentación a la normativa nacional vigente, logrando una mejora considerable de 99% en desempeño. Se analizó la rentabilidad del sistema. Finalmente veremos nuestras conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los objetivos y resultados obtenidos.

This work will not only be replicated in similar companies but also gives us a format to apply to any work in which a Management System for Occupational Safety and Health is needed. Our main goal is to design a Management System Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) founded on the Law 29783 Law on Safety and Health at Work seeking to reduce acts and sub standard conditions and improve performance in occupational safety and health in the company Innovation Geosynthetics and Construction SRL (IGyC SRL) First an analysis of the Safety Management based on the checklist Management System Safety and Health at Work 2013- 050 TR MRI is performed, finding 28% in performance and analysis main problems to implement a SGSSO, where he found several deficiencies, that solution is given by aligning their policies and documentation to the existing national rules, achieving a significant improvement in performance of 99%. the profitability of the system was analyzed.
