description RESUMEN En la presente investigación se busca diseñar un proceso contable con la finalidad de mejorar el control de los ingresos, en la institución Provincia Franciscana de los XII Apóstoles del Perú. Al respecto se logró mejorar el control de los ingresos, permitiendo reducir gastos innecesarios, al mismo tiempo se consiguió actualizar los registros contables que evidencia el manejo de los mismos. Se obtuvo el control de las cuentas por cobrar, así mismo el cruce de información diario con la boletería y el área contable facilitando el manejo de la información económica. Finalmente debido a la dinámica del trabajo mediante el uso de recursos se pudo rápidamente proyectar los reportes de ingresos y también lograr eficiencia en los responsables. La capacitación del personal mejoró el control de ingresos en la institución religiosa, Cercado de Lima 2018, ya que se logró obtener oportunamente los reportes de venta de tickets debido a que el personal tuvo mejor desempeño. Destaca la mejora del control de ingresos en la institución religiosa dado que se mejoró el proceso de cobranzas alcanzado a un 92% lo que contribuye a incrementar los ingresos que anteriormente eran bajos.

In this respect it was possible to improve the control of the income, allowing to reduce unnecessary expenses, at the same time it was possible to update the accounting records that evidences the handling of the mimes. The control of accounts receivable was obtained, as well as the crossing of daily information with the ticket office and the accounting area, facilitating the management of economic information. Finally, due to the dynamics of the work through the use of resources, it was possible to quickly project income reports and also achieve efficiency in those responsible. Personnel training improved income control in the religious institution, Cercado de Lima 2018, since it was possible to obtain ticket sales reports in a timely manner because the staff performed better.
