description RESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como principal objetivo diseñar un Sistema Integrado de Gestión referenciado en las normas OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 14001:2004 con el fin de reducir los sobre costos incurridos por no contar con dichos Sistemas de Gestión en la empresa INGENACC. Para llevar a cabo el diseño, como primer paso se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual, para determinar el grado de cumplimiento de las normas internacionales obteniendo un 6% de cumplimiento para la norma ISO 14001:2004 y un 8% de cumplimiento para la norma OHSAS 18001:2007. En el mismo sentido, se identificaron los principales sobre costos asociados a la falta de implementación de los Sistemas de Gestión indicados, siendo los siguientes: Costo por riesgo de multas de SUNAFIL, por riesgo de multas ambientales, por la no segregación de residuos sólidos y por la accidentabilidad presentada en la empresa. Tras haber determinado la situación actual de los Sistemas de Gestión, se diseñaron los principales elementos como propuestas de mejora para reducir los sobre costos actuales. Habiendo obtenido la reducción de costos (costos con propuesta vs costos actuales), la cual asciende a un 60%, se procedió a determinar la factibilidad económica de llevar a cabo dicho diseño. La evaluación económico arrojó un VAN de S/.418,790.00, TIR anual del 827% y un B/C de 3.20, significando una total viabilidad de la propuesta.

To carry out the design, the first step was to make a diagnosis of the current situation thas has been conducted to determine the degree of compliance with international standards. The results were a 6% compliance to the ISO 14001: 2004 and 8% compliance for OHSAS 18001: 2007. In the same vein, main costs identified associated with the failure to implement management systems indicated to be: Cost SUNAFIL risk of fines, risk of environmental fines for nonsegregation of solid waste and presented by the accident in the company. Having determined the current status of Management Systems, the main elements as improvement proposals to reduce the current costs were designed for. Having obtained the reduction of costs (costs vs. actual costs with proposal), which amounts to 60%, we proceeded to determine the economic feasibility of carrying out such a design.
