Se aplicó una metodología cualitativa de estudio de casos. Utilizando la técnica de muestreo homogéneo, se realizaron 15 entrevistas semiestructuradas a mujeres jóvenes de entre 16 y 19 años, que tenían un smartphone y seguían las cuentas de los ginecólogos en TikTok. Como resultado, se observó que este tipo de campañas en TikTok fomentan la concienciación sobre temas de salud, ya que generan interés y motivación para aprender más sobre educación sexual. En este sentido, los hallazgos sirven como punto de partida para la aplicación de estrategias de comunicación educativa en TikTok por parte de instituciones y organizaciones que buscan nuevas estrategias para dirigirse a un público joven.The purpose of this research is to analyze how # YoDecidoCuando campaign on TikTok is perceived as an educational communication for teenage pregnancy prevention in Peru.  A qualitative case study methodology was applied. Using the homogeneous sampling technique, 15 semi-structured interviews were carried out with young women aged 16 - 19 years, who had a smartphone and followed gynecologists accounts on TikTok. As a result, we observed that this type of campaign on TikTok encourages people to become aware of health issues, because it generates interest and motivation to learn more about sex education.
