En el presente trabajo de investigación presentamos el proyecto de Deli Fit, como una empresa dedicada a la venta de menús saludables por delivery, enfocados en brindar al cliente una amplia variedad de ingredientes para que pueda elegir y armar su propio plato de acuerdo a sus gustos o preferencias. Este proyecto busca cubrir la necesidad que encontramos en los clientes a la hora de buscar un menú saludable en su horario y lugar de trabajo, así como también desde la comodidad de su hogar. Brindaremos el servicio por delivery a través de nuestra página web, donde el cliente podrá ver las distintas opciones con las que cuenta a la hora de armar un plato, además, podrá ver el valor nutricional de cada opción elegida. El cliente podrá programar el horario y lugar de entrega y dispondrá también de un chat para resolver cualquier duda o consulta que pueda tener. Nuestra idea de negocio está orientada a personas entre los 18 y 45 años de las zonas N° 6 y 7 de Lima Metropolitana, de un nivel socioeconómico A, B y C, que lleven un estilo de vida saludable y que por falta de tiempo a la hora de almuerzo no puedan encontrar opciones de menús saludables o no pueden preparar sus almuerzos. Sabemos que existen en el mercado diversas opciones de comida saludable por delivery, sin embargo, nos centraremos en ofrecer un servicio personalizado a la hora de que el cliente elija su propio plato, incluyendo planes de alimentación complementado con asesoramiento nutricional. |

This project seeks to cover the need that we find in customers when looking for a healthy menu in their schedule and workplace, as well as from the comfort of their home. We will provide the service by delivery through our website, where the client can see the different options available when preparing a dish, in addition, they can see the nutritional value of each option chosen. The client will be able to schedule the time and place of delivery and will also have a chat to resolve any questions or queries they may have. Our business idea is aimed at people between 18 and 45 years of age in zones 6 and 7 of Metropolitan Lima, of a socioeconomic level A, B and C, who lead a healthy lifestyle and who due to lack of time to at lunchtime they can't find healthy menu options or can't prepare their lunches.
