A su vez se definen los alcances y limitaciones a considerar en el diseño del mismo. La investigación está centrada en marcos teóricos y conceptuales que introducen al tema de estudio. Se realiza un análisis profundo de proyectos referenciales, el lugar, el terreno, el usuario, la programación arquitectónica y aspectos tecnológicos los cuales son el punto de partida para la definición del proyecto.

It expresses the existing problem and the objectives to be developed for the realization of the architectural project.
