An instrumental study was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the 'Students' knowledge and use of digital technology during the COVID-19 pandemic' questionnaire, developed in another context and different culture from the original one. The participants were 139 students of the Communications program of a private higher education institute in Lima, selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The study presents a proposal consisting of eight factors and 56 items, as opposed to the original structure composed of seven factors and 77 items. The analyses show that the instrument is valid and reliable among the population under study.engInstitute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/construct validitycross-cultural adaptationdigital learnersdigital technologyhigher educationhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#5.08.00Cross-cultural validation of 'Students' knowledge and use of digital technology during the COVID-19 pandemic' questionnaire to the Peruvian contextinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlehttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a19722022 17th Latin American Conference on Learning Technologies, LACLO 2022reponame:UPC-Institucionalinstname:Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadasinstacron:UPCPublicationCC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml; charset=utf-81031https://upc.dspace7.openrepository.com/bitstreams/285e21dc-e1b1-595c-afc1-1a7e6d2153e0/download934f4ca17e109e0a05eaeaba504d7ce4MD51LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain; charset=utf-81748https://upc.dspace7.openrepository.com/bitstreams/e5af06e7-80fd-5639-b41b-982ac018b017/download8a4605be74aa9ea9d79846c1fba20a33MD5210757/669231oai:upc.dspace7.openrepository.com:10757/6692312026-02-17 17:49:10.95http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessmetadata.onlyhttps://upc.dspace7.openrepository.comRepositorio académico upcrepositorioacademico@upc.edu.pe
