El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar cómo una entidad bancaria internacional ha gestionado su comunicación interna en equipos de trabajo remoto en época de COVID-19. A partir de ese objetivo, se optó por realizar una investigación de enfoque cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico y paradigma naturalista que permitió analizar las experiencias de 10 colaboradores de las áreas de soporte; a través de una entrevista con el apoyo de una guía de preguntas semiestructuradas como instrumento. Asimismo, se elaboró un muestreo por bola de nieve para conseguir más participantes por medio de referidos. Con este objetivo, se abordó el estudio en base a dos categorías: gestión de la comunicación interna y equipos de trabajo remoto. Se puede concluir que el banco está centrado en un liderazgo auténtico por su apoyo e interés hacia los colaboradores en la adaptación del trabajo remoto. La comunicación del banco se caracteriza por ser dialógica y centrada en el beneficio mutuo entre empleador y empleado. Por ello, las reuniones virtuales juegan un papel primordial, para reforzar la confraternidad, el entendimiento hacia el otro y aprendizaje integrado. |

Based on this objective, qualitative research with phenomenological design and naturalistic paradigm was chosen to analyze the experiences of 10 collaborators from the support areas: through an interview with the support of a semi-structured guide of questions as an instrument. Likewise, a snowball sampling was elaborated to obtain more participants through referrals. With this objective, the study was approached based on two categories: internal communication management and remote work teams. It can be concluded that the bank is focused on authentic leadership because of its support and interest towards collaborators in the adaptation of remote work. The bank's communication is characterized by being dialogic and focused on the mutual benefit between employer and employee.
