El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que limitaron el crecimiento económico de las micro y pequeñas empresas (Mypes) de confecciones de prendas de vestir en San Juan de Lurigancho en los últimos 5 años, de tal manera que la investigación permita a los empresarios y todos sus stakeholders a adoptar medidas que le ayuden a enfrentar la situación actual del sector. En el primer capítulo, se presenta el marco teórico con los conceptos, las normas y la información de los especialistas dentro del mercado, lo que ha permitido entender mejor la industria textil y de confecciones, brindado información relevante respecto a los factores que limitaron el crecimiento económico de las Mypes de confecciones. En el segundo capítulo, se presenta la metodología de la investigación, el cual busca recopilar, ordenar y analizar los datos obtenidos de las fuentes directas, con entrevistas desarrollados a empresarios Mypes y especialistas del sector. En el tercer capítulo, se realizó el análisis de los datos y resultados, identificando los factores que limitaron el crecimiento de las confecciones de prendas de vestir y las medidas que se pueden adoptar para enfrentar la situación actual. En el cuarto capítulo, se desarrolló de forma detallada los hallazgos, las barreras y las brechas encontradas durante el desarrollo de toda la investigación. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones, resultados del presente estudio. The objective of this research work is to analyze the factors that limited the economic growth of micro and small companies (Mypes) of apparel garments in San Juan de Lurigancho in the last 5 years, in such a way that the research allows businessmen and all their stakeholders to adopt measures that help them face the current situation of the sector. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework is presented with the concepts, rules and information of the specialists within the market, which has allowed to better understand the textile and garment industry, providing relevant information regarding the factors that limited the growth economic of the Mypes of confections. In the second chapter, the methodology of the research is presented, which seeks to collect, organize and analyze the data obtained from direct sources, with interviews developed to SME entrepreneurs and sector specialists. In the third chapter, the analysis of the data and results was carried out, identifying the factors that limited the growth of clothing garments and the measures that can be adopted to face the current situation. In the fourth chapter, the findings, barriers and gaps found during the development of the entire investigation were developed in detail. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are presented, results of the present study.
