La presente investigación se llevó a cabo con el fin de hallar y determinar los criterios que determinaran la propuesta arquitectónica del terminal terrestre interprovincial de la ciudad de Jaén, ya que el actual terminal de la ciudad no logra satisfacer la demanda de pasajeros y buses, por lo que una de sus finalidades es lograr solucionar los problemas que esto genera. Para poder solucionar este problema, primero se debe realizar un estudio de la ciudad, los usuarios y sus horarios, el clima, el entorno urbano y natural. Esto debe ir de la mano del estudio de la tipología planteada, su historia, referentes nacionales e internacionales, etc. Una vez hecho ambos estudios, se planteará una propuesta de paquetes funcionales para lograr determinar el área y el terreno donde se realizará. Ya determinado el terreno, se aplicarán los diferentes criterios de sostenibilidad, ya que lo que se quiere es el proyecto traiga beneficios a la comunidad, pero también al ambiente, viendo por el futuro del planeta y sus recursos, formando un vínculo con lo que lo rodea, ya sea urbano o natural. |
